Cascadian Composers
The Cascadian Chorale celebrates its sixtieth anniversary season! We are fortunate enough to have several composers in our midst. This season's Composer-in-Residence is baritone Jeremy Kings, whose recently composed Requiem, a half-hour work scored for unaccompanied chorus, is a psychological journey culminating in acceptance of eventual repose. The concert also features composers Cravixtha Acheson, Tara O'Brien Pride, Joy Porter, and Christopher Fraley. The Sunday concert will include a special reception to express our gratitude to you, our audience members and supporters.
